Open the preheater electromechanical gate, and the power supply is 380V. 2. Turn on the power switch of the preheater, the power indicator is on, and warm up for 5-10 minutes. 3. Set the high frequency switch to "ON". 4. Set "heating time" and "heating temperature". 5. Put the melamine powder in a special container and press the "High Frequency Start" button. The heating indicator will light up, and the processed object will begin to preheat. 6. When the temperature reaches the set value, the high frequency will stop working and the preheater will automatically open. 7. In normal work, if an abnormality is found, it should be shut down and stopped immediately, and reported to relevant personnel for handling. TIPS:For safety: Please do switch off the power of the machine, during checking or maintenance when needed. And keep the side door closed during its running.

Normally speaking, under normal operating conditions, the transformer of the melamine tableware press machine is not easy to burn out. Today, SHUNHAO Factory is sharing the following working experience to help the factory engineers to better repair the transformer of the melamine tableware machine. If the transformer of the hydraulic melamine machine does not work properly, please check the status of the transformer according to the following steps: 1. Check whether the three connection points on the upper left side of the transformer are correctly connected according to the correct instructions. For example, 380V voltage needs to connect 1 and 2 415V voltage needs to connect 0 and 2 2.If the connection point is correct but the machine still cannot run, check whether the input point of the transformer has a voltage of 380V or 415V (Figure 1). If there is no voltage output, it means that there is a problem with the Main power, please come to check the main power of your factory. Figure 1 3.If the transformer has a voltage input of 380V or 415V, then check whether the output point of the transformer has a voltage of 220V (Figure 2). If there is a 380V or 415V voltage input but no 220V output, it means that the transformer has been burned out and a new transformer needs to be replaced. Figure 2 4. If there is 220V output, continue to check whether the fuse connected to the output point is blown (Figure 3). If the fuse has blown, replace it with a new one. If the fuse is not blown, it means that this transformer is working normally, please proceed to troubleshoot other problems with the machine. Today Shunhao is going to share with you the operation rules to ensure the safe operation of hydraulic press machine by factory operators. Safe Operating Procedures 1. The operator should be familiar with the performance and structure of the hydraulic press, and be certified for operation after training. 2. During the operation of the machine, the operator’s body is not allowed to enter the working space of the movable beam, and use tools to load and unload the working parts. 3. The operator must wear personal protective equipment before starting the machine. 4. Perform a pre-work inspection and check whether the various functions of the hydraulic press machine are normal. If there is a problem, it should be dealt with immediately before starting work: Check whether there is oil leakage in various oil pipes, manifold oil valves, oil cylinders, etc.; Check whether the movable beam is obviously sliding down and whether the staying position is correct; Check whether the photoelectric switch and emergency stop switch work flexibly; Check whether there is noise from the hydraulic press; Check whether the oil tank shows enough hydraulic oil; Check whether the piston of the oil cylinder is loose and whether the surface is lubricated with oil. 5. If two or more people are required to cooperate to operate, the front and rear operation switches must be turned on and the corresponding two-hand operation switches and emergency stop switches must be provided. 6. It is strictly forbidden to work beyond the maximum stroke of the movable beam(that is, not less than the minimum closed height of the hydraulic press). 7. When working with full load, the maximum allowable eccentricity of the concentrated load is 50MM, and it must not be overloaded or used beyond the maximum eccentricity. 8. Stop the automatic hydraulic press machine when inspecting the mold and use wooden blocks to support the movable beam. 9. All pressure regulating valves and travel switches must be adjusted with special tools and personnel. 10. The cooling system must be turned on before starting to ensure that the oil temperature does not exceed 60 degrees. 11. During work, pay close attention to whether the hydraulic machine is abnormal. Make sure the machine doesn’t work when it’s abnormal. 12. The melamine mold should be closed before stopping the machine, then stop the oil pump and turn off the power. 13. After finishing the work, clean the machine tool, clean the working area, and fill in the "Equipment Daily Maintenance Card"
Making molds from China, there are advantages till now: 1. Technology of manufacturing molds is acceptable, and even quite accurate or precise. Now share the idea of how to choose the molds steel materials for melamine tableware or urea tableware: The steels normally using for compression molds in China: 718# steel / P20# steel / P45# steel and NAK80# steel (imported steel) To make the Urea tableware: urea tableware is cheap price, the factories need to save the cost from the powder / the molds, even the machines also run the manual model (In China, urea tableware factories only run the automatic molding machines). So, P20# (made-in-China) is popular using in urea tableware production. But the disadvantage is that: such molds making from P20# can not be very glossy. And steel quality is not 100% perfect, sometimes small holes coming from the steel factories, which maybe come out after some days or some months only for such steel problem. Shunhao molds factory workers change such molds steel and make new for clients when such holes coming out in molds factory. To check from the cost, urea tableware molds can choose P20# steel. To make the Melamine tableware: Melamine powder is harder than Urea molding compound, which requires the hard steel for molds. 718# steel is the most popular running in the melamine tableware factories. Cost of 718# steel China is lower than Germany P20# (made-in-Germany, P20# Germany need to pay for its high duty), but its hardness can bear the compression of the melamine molding compound. Tableware making from 718# steel molds is glossy and bright. Even 718# steel is a higher cost than P20# steel (China), but good for melamine tableware and improves its quality competition. The beautiful appearance of melamine tableware benefits from the application of decal paper. First, the decal paper will be dipped in glazing powder water and dried. After the first press, decal paper and glazing powder will be put on for the second press. Finally patterned melamine tableware finished. The decal paper used in melamine tableware must be dried twice: 1st drying: dry the ink on the paper after printing the pattern 2nd drying: dry the decal paper in the drying oven after brushed with glazing powder water. If the factory has enough space and the temperature is high enough, we can do natural drying. The decal paper brushed with melamine glazing powder water will be clipped and then hang on the rope. However, natural drying takes up a lot of space, and has to prevent dust from getting on the wet decal paper, which takes a long time; 2. If the demand for decal paper in the factory is not large and the space is not large enough, we can use an old oven with two doors. It is convenient for workers to control the temperature of drying paper. 3. If the demand for decal paper is large, we can use the automatic drying line. It saves labor and time with high efficiency. To make good quality decals, it must be put in as soon as possible before bubbles appear on the surface of the product. If the mold is opened too early, the product is easy to stick to the upper mold; If the mold is opened too late, the decal and product has poor adhesion and is prone to defects. 2. The reason for the decal cracks on the product is that the mold closing speed is too fast or the surface of the tableware already had cracks.
