The most important part of preheater machine is the tube. Before shipment, the tube and the machine will be carefully packed separately. For goods safety, Shunhao machines use wooden box sealed packaging, 100% protection of the machine from moisture and collision.
After customers received the machine, our professional engineer worker will help to install the tube back.
Let’s look at the video first to get a general idea.
Installation Steps:
1. Take out the glass and place the Canon tube back carefully.
2. Connect other wires or coils with their right place tightly.
Key note: Toshiba Japan Tube has been changed the name on the 1st.Nov.2018, now the new name is Canon Tube. This is the heart key part of the preheater machine.
Preheater machine is mostly used for melamine moulding compound preheating process.
