1. Overcurrent Protection

When the machine is in use, if the current is too large due to overload or sparking, the over-current protection device of the machine will automatically cut off the high-voltage power supply and open the upper cover to protect the oscillating tube from the impact of high current. Extend the service life of the oscillating tube!

2. Fan Protection

Due to the large dust in the working environment of the high-frequency preheater, the blower that cools the electron tube is susceptible to dust accumulation, resulting in too small cooling air volume!

When there is too much dust on the blower turbine or dust filter and the cooling air volume of the oscillating tube is not enough, the special fan protection device will automatically cut off the power of the whole machine to protect the oscillating tube, and the dust must be cleaned to work normally!

3. Dust Filter: Easy to Disassemble and Install

4. Special Filtering Device

Some customers have feedback that when some high-frequency preheating machines are preheating materials, the high-frequency will interfere with the normal operation of the thermostat of the hydraulic machine, causing the temperature of the mold to be very different from the set temperature.

5. Security Protection

7. One Ammeter with Multiple Uses

An ammeter can separately display the preheating current and the grid current of the vacuum tube through one-key switching so that you can better understand the use of the vacuum tube, and it will be more convenient for future maintenance and debugging!
