Suggestions for Preheating Machine

For single color compression machine,  1 melamine powder preheating machine needed

• 150 tons-250 tons machine : 5 KW/7 KW preheating machine
• Machines above 300 tons level : 10 KW preheating machine

For double color tableware compression machine,  1 or 2 melamine preheating machines needed (according to the requirements of the operation process or the habits of factory workers)

HIGH FREQUENCY DIELECTRIC HEATING THEORY
Wood, rubber, synthetic resin, and other materials having a high DC and AC electrical resistance are rapidly heated when placed in a high frequency electric field. This phenomena is based on the following theory.

1. Materials having few free electrons are generally known as dielectric material. The molecules of these materials have a fixed polarity(+)or (-)electric charge. 
2. This polarity is electrically vibrated by high frequency polarity switching, The electrical energy produced in this manner is converted to heat energy and heat is generated within the body of the electric material itself. 
3. The amount of heat generated during one second is directly proportional to heat generated high frequency source, but frequency of 1 MHz(1.000.000 Hz)is normally required to generate heat. 

When a dielectric is placed between to flat electrodes and a high frequency voltage is impressed, the amount of heat generated per unit area by dielectric heating can be given by the equation at the bottom.
