Basic Principle of high frequency preheater 3KW ~ 10KW

1. Definition of High frequency: frequency above kilohertz.

At present, preheat machine with rotary electrode is 72.12MZ and preheat machine with flat plate electrode is 62MHZ (MHZ-6.10HZ).

It uses the non-conductive media (like Bakelite compound resin or melamine or urea, etc.) in the high frequency magnetic field, makes the molecules rubs against themselves to produce heat and reach the effect of heating in a short time.

2. Its motion principle:

 Connect the power voltage with three-phase or single-phase of AC220/380/415V to up to 7000V, 12,000V or more by high-voltage transformer ------ High voltage three-phase bridge type DCV vacuum tube with full-wave rectification ------ High frequency oscillation (L.C) circuit ------- Induction output of current

Suggestions for Preheating Machine

If it is a single color molding machine, it should be equipped with 1 preheating machine

• 150T-250T machine is suitable for 5KW/7KW preheating machine
• Machines above 300T level is suitable for 10KW preheating machine

If it is a double color molding machine, it can be equipped with 1 or 2 melamine preheating machines (according to the requirements of the operation process or the habits of factory workers)

Advantages of Using a Preheating Machine

1. After melamine powder is baked by the preheating machine, the moisture in the powder is reduced, and the gloss of the tableware is improved.

2. The raw material has been preheated which can reduce the heating time on the molding machine and saving the power consumption of the molding machine In order to increase the output.

3. After baked by the preheating machine melamine powder has become a block, the powder will not splash everywhere when the mold is closed,which can improve the production environment.

Basic Maintenance

1. Every week, clean the inlet filter screen of the base machine by dust collector or air-gun.

2. Every month, clean the power or other things from the oscillation case by air-gun (Can not unlock the vacuum tube and other parts, or must lock them in original place tightly if you need to open them).

3. Usually clean the cover, areas of electrode roller or electrode flat plate by air-gun when using this machine.

4. Keep clean the contact point between the grounding phosphor bronze strips of the cover and the corner bronze pieces. If there is black oxide on the contact point, it needs to polish it by grinding belt.  

5. Every month, clean the electrode roller or insulation pp plate by toluene, to keep it clean and prevent the insulation from any damage.

6. Prepare some grounding phosphor bronze strips as the spare parts, change immediately if the bronze strips burn out.

7. Every week, regularly check whether the grounding bronze strips connects the corner bronze pieces well, and whether the connecting rods, flywheels deviates (drive fly wheels of the cover motor as shown below).
