High-frequency preheating is a very critical step before melamine compression molding. Preheating can enhance the fluidity of the material, reduce harmful ingredients, and improve the surface gloss of the molded product. In order to ensure the effective work of the preheating machine, Shunhao Factory collects several precautions for operators to follow during high-frequency operations.

1. The machine needs to be installed with a well-contacted grounding wire instead of the poor-quality grounding wire.

2. Do not place the high-frequency preheating machine in a humid and dusty environment.

3. The vacuum tube of the machine will generate extremely high heat during the entire working process. Therefore, please do not place the machine in a high-heat environment, and it is best not to place it in a place where it can be directly exposed to sunlight. This allows the vacuum tube to maintain a normal heat dissipation function.

4. The machine needs to be preheated before operation. Therefore, if the machine is off for more than one hour, it must wait for 10-15 minutes after it is turned on again. Otherwise, the service life of the vacuum tube will be greatly reduced.

5. The upper and lower extremes of the machine must not be directly touched together, and insulating objects should be placed in them, otherwise the machine may be damaged.

6. During high-frequency output, don’t use multimeter, test meter, or other low-frequency, low-voltage instruments, as this may cause accidents.

7. Check the high-frequency machine regularly to see if there is any burnout, damage, or breakdown.

8. If sparks frequently occur in the machine, it needs to be repaired in time. In order to avoid minor problems that may affect other components.

9. Make sure there is not too much water and dust in the preheating material, or it will bring damage to the machine.

10. After the machine is powered on, make sure the cooling fan of the vacuum tube works normally.
