Melamine Machine Installation Guide

  • Foundation: The foundation must be capable of withstanding static weight loads as well as dynamic shock loads.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare a heavy-duty forklift or overhead crane (capacity must exceed the machine weight).
  • Uncrating & Inspection: Inspect the machine for shipping damage. Verify the main unit, accessories, and manuals against the packing list.
  • Precision Leveling (Critical Step): Position shims beneath the machine base ribs (load-bearing points). Utilize a precision spirit level to verify the flatness of the upper heated platen.
  • Hydraulic Oil Filling: Clean the hydraulic tank filter before filling. Fill with filtered anti-wear hydraulic oil to the specified level.
  • Electrical Connection: Connect the main power line to the main switch.
  • Mold Installation: Clean the mold mounting surfaces thoroughly. Mount the upper mold to the top platen and the lower mold to the moving bolster.
  • Test Production: Perform 10–20 empty cycles using melamine powder. Inspect product weight consistency, surface gloss, and demolding smoothness. Adjust curing time and pressure as necessary.
