Four Steps to Install Molds on Melamine Ware Making Machine

Preparation： Check whether the mold specifications are suitable for installation on the heating plate of the machine model

1. If the mold is tall, you can loosen the nut on the outside of the upper plate. After raising the mold to the highest position, tighten the inner nut and tighten, and then unscrew the upper nut, but firmly fix the upper plate.

2. If the mold is lower than the previous mold, the upper plate should be lowered to a suitable position. Unload the previous mold and replace it with a new one

3. Fix the upper mold to the upper plate with the fixing clamp iron.

4. Check and tighten all nuts to prevent them from loosening during operation.
