The selection of different types of high-frequency preheater.

1. Choose the electrode form of the heating equipment according to the shape of the thermosetting molding compound:

The form of the heating electrode of high-frequency preheater:

• Flat electrode type
• Roller type (roller electrode type, turntable electrode type)

2. According to the selection of the heating material to the electrode form

• Flat electrode type: most suitable for pre-forming heating of powder, granular materials, non-standard cakes, etc.
• Roller electrode type: most suitable for heating the cylindrical cake before preheating and forming.
• Rotary plate electrode type: powder and granular state can also choose the rotary plate electrode type (the molding compound does not need to be pre-shaped to achieve the preheating effect of the roller electrode).
