Melamine tableware production process:

1. Preheating procedure

Equipment needed: preheating machine

Weigh and put enough raw material in the special box, and put the box in the high-frequency preheater to heat into the cake.

2. Molding procedure

Pour the preheated raw material cake into the mold, start the molding operation through high temperature and high pressure.

3. Decal paper procedure

Cut the decal paper that has been brushed with the glazing powder according to the shape of the flower, and paste it on the plain-shaped tableware as required.

4. Glazing procedure

Sprinkle enough glazing powder evenly on the surface of the product. Then start the machine, after curing under high temperature and pressure, the surface of the product has the gloss like porcelain

5. Polishing procedure

After the product is produced, it will be polished. Polishing can remove the burrs of the product, making the product look more beautiful and smoother.

6. Inspection and packaging procedure

In order to ensure the quality of the product, the quality inspection should be strictly controlled. There should be initial inspection and re-inspection to pick out the unqualified products and then enter the warehouse for packaging.
