Before operating the new machine, it is necessary to inject hydraulic oil to a certain height, and then start up.

1. The amount of oil feeding into the new melamine tableware molding machine requires a scale close to 170. Do not exceed this scale. If feeding extra oil, when the machine descends, excess hydraulic oil will be sprayed out through the oil filter, causing unnecessary waste and also contaminating the valve block accessories, etc.

2. After the machine starts normal operation, the oil will drop to 120.

3. Another function of the oil tank meter is to check the temperature of the hydraulic oil. Normally, the temperature of the hydraulic oil is below 50 degrees.
