Four Steps to Install Molds on Melamine Ware Making Machine

Preparation: Verify the suitability of mold specifications for installation on the machine's heating plate.

1. In the case a tall mold, make the following adjustments: Loosen the outer nut on the upper plate. Raise the mold to its highest position, then tighten the inner nut securely. Finally, loosen the upper nut while ensuring that the upper plate remains firmly fixed.

2. For molds that are shorter than the previous one, follow these steps: Lower the upper plate to an appropriate position. Remove the previous mold and replace it with the new one.

3. Secure the upper mold to the upper plate using the clamping iron provided for fixation.

4. Thoroughly inspect and tighten all nuts to prevent any unintended loosening during operation.
