  • Shuhao Inspects and Tests Melamine Tableware Press Machine before Shipment

Machine Inspection before Departure: Check whether the terminals of the electric control box are locked tightly. Check whether all oil pipes and hydraulic components are tight. Check whether the screws of the heating plate are tight. Test whether the electric heater, thermostat, ammeter, and temperature sensing wire are faulty or damaged. Debug the machine moving up and down and air exhaust (mould shift) actions. Debug the highest pressure of the machine. Machine Calibration. Inspection Process: Oil cylinder: check whether the dimension, size and tolerance meet the requirements. Piston: Check whether the appearance is flawed, whether the size and hardness meet the requirements. Rack: Check whether the size and mounting holes meet the requirements. Oil circuit board: check for scratches or iron filings. Tension column: check the size, length, tooth pitch, surface hardness, electroplating layer, nut and column to see if they match. Electric heating plate: check the flatness, whether the groove size is according to the drawing standard. Motor: Whether the power and operation are running smoothly. Tubing: Check whether it is imported from the United States with three or more layers, reaching more than 300 kg. Solenoid valve: check whether the model and function are normal. Oil pump: Check whether the pressure reaches our company's minimum requirement of 250 kg and a long-term high pressure test of 210 kg.
