As of December 9, the daily average price of spot 304/2B stainless steel flat plate 1.0*1219*2438 was 15607.14 yuan/ton (about 2242 US dollars/ton), up 0.88% from the beginning of the week and up 0.86% year-on-year. The total inventory of stainless steel this week increased by 18.32% from last week to 797,700 tons. Although there are still a lot of spot transactions in the off-season, due to the favorable domestic macro policies, the profits of steel mills have recovered, and the stocking sentiment is relatively positive, and merchants are more optimistic about the increase.
