For newly purchased melamine machines, after arriving at the designated site for installation, and checking various indicators, the anti-wear-high-pressure hydraulic oil needs to be injected. During oil injecting, air will enter the oil tank and come to the pipeline of the new melamine machine, because of the oil-free operation. In order to make the hydraulic oil providing continuous power for running the machine smoothly, it is necessary to run the motor, let the oil enter the pipeline, and discharge the air in the oil tank.

So, HOW to remove the air from the oil pipe of Melamine Ware Molding Machine?

• There is a vent hole on the back of the machine specially for removing air. Unplug the transparent pipe connected above and connect it to the lower pipe port (the lock of the lower pipe port must be loosened first)

• Turn machine under Manual Mode, press slowly to increase pressure

• During the pressurization process, the air in the oil pipes removes out which can be viewed through the transparent pipe.

• Until there is no air in the transparent pipe, or the machine does not shake when the mold is closed at a slow speed, it is over to remove the air out from the oil pipe.

• When locking the buckle at the end, just gently lock it, do not apply excessive force, otherwise it will break.
