Q: What kind of molds do you make?

A: We mainly make compression molds, such as molds for urea material melamine material, etc. By the way, Shunhao Factory is also specialized in the production of compression machines.

Q: How long will it take for making a mold?

A: It depends on the size of melamine products and the complexity of the design. Generally speaking, a normal shape of melamine mold can be finished within 15days, i.e. round plate, and some compression molds will be ready within 25~30 days. For the split melamine molds, it will take around 25days, due to its complicated processing.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality?

A: We not only have QC for every procedure but also strict mold testing before shipment.
