Debug the machine moving up and down and air exhaust (mould shift) actions. Debug the highest pressure of the machine. Machine Calibration. Inspection Process: Oil cylinder: check whether the dimension, size and tolerance meet the requirements. Piston: Check whether the appearance is flawed, whether the size and hardness meet the requirements. Rack: Check whether the size and mounting holes meet the requirements. Oil circuit board: check for scratches or iron filings. Tension column: check the size, length, tooth pitch, surface hardness, electroplating layer, nut and column to see if they match. Electric heating plate: check the flatness, whether the groove size is according to the drawing standard. Motor: Whether the power and operation are running smoothly. Tubing: Check whether it is imported from the United States with three or more layers, reaching more than 300 kg. Solenoid valve: check whether the model and function are normal.
