1. Melamine tableware can be printed with its own patterns and logos. It is a decal process. The surface can be printed with exquisite patterns. Usually, the logo is printed on the decal paper in advance and then formed into one piece when pressed at high temperature.

2. The embossed logo is directly molded into shape, and it needs to be designed when making the melamine crockery mold.

3. Since the melamine tableware is a kind of porcelain-like tableware, it is mainly produced from melamine as raw material, and is formed by heating and pressing melamine resin powder. Therefore, in the choice of laser marking machine, we can choose co2 (carbon dioxide) laser marking machine, and we can also choose ultraviolet laser marking machine. Both laser marking machines can achieve their exquisite marking effects, but the latter one is better.

For example, the restaurant name and logo will be marked on the surface of the white melamine bowl.

4. Screen printing is generally used to print pictures and texts on melamine materials, and the ink used is UV drying screen ink. For food safety, the safety of the ink must be ensured.

Things to Pay Attention:

• Generally, printing is not allowed inside the melamine tableware, and the pigments are easy to fall off and merge into the water.
• The heat transfer method is not feasible, because the temperature for thermal transfer printing exceeds 150 degrees, and the melamine product can only withstand a high temperature of 120 degrees.
