In 2017, Shunhao's research team began to invest in the research of automatic edger, improve the double-sided work, and determine the edger to produce single-sided work. The advantage is that the operator can adjust and maintain the machine more easily.

In 2018, Shunhao tested the first-generation automatic edger. At this time, the automatic edger has only two stations for rough polishing and fine polishing. We replace some parts with poor function and long service life with better parts and adjust the action of the machine.

In June 2018, Shunhao began to export the first generation of automatic polishing machines. 5 machines were successfully operated abroad for the first time. To this day, customers are still satisfied with the running quality of these 5 machines.

In 2019, Shunhao began to research the second-generation automatic edger. In addition to rough polishing and fine polishing, cloth wheel polishing is added, the edging quality of tableware is greatly improved, and the work efficiency is gradually improved.

In May 2019, Shunhao brand 4-station and 5-station automatic edging machines were exported one after another, which has been recognized and supported by more customers.
